We don’t care. We are enabling you to do business using us but feel free to contact your customers directly. In fact, when on 30mins, you can receive payments using us as the intermediary, or direct or even outside 30mins.com
For each service you can decide how you want to receive payment – Escrow, Direct, or Outside

30mins.com holds no responsibility for handling payment disputes. We are not involved.
You are not restricted to use any of the methods. Of course if you use us then your customers have an added insurance that you will provide service – a good service – and they will get refund if you don’t.
Receiving Payment for your Service as “Direct Payments”
All “Direct Payments” from your customer are sent directly to your STRIPE account.
We do not take any commission i.e. you receive whatever your customer pays. Your STRIPE account may have fees/deductions but that is between you and STRIPE.
Before you can select “Direct Payments” as the option to receive payment for your service, you must connect your STRIPE account. Once you have connected your STRIPE Account and selected it as the method of payment for “Direct Payments”, when your customers pay, the payment will go to your stripe account.
When you click on “Link Account”, follow the instructions to connect your account.
Once you have linked your stripe account, you can “select the checkbox” next to STRIPE under “Direct Payments”
Once you have Direct Payments enabled, you can select this as an option for your service (at time of creation or editing it later).
Receiving Payment for your Service as “ESCROW Payments”
All “ESCROW payments” from the customer are collected by 30mins,com and then payment is disbursed to you ONLY when your customer is satisfied OR has not responded for 72 hours after you have marked task complete.
We take FIXED 8% commission i.e. you receive only 92%.
Before you can select “Escrow Payments” as the option to receive payment for your service, you have an option how you want to receive your payments:
- STRIPE
- Once you connect your STRIPE account, payment is sent to your STRIPE account
- Paypal
- Once you connect your PAYPAL account, payment is sent to your PAYPAL account
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct paypal account. 30mins.com is not responsible if you provide an incorrect paypal account information
- Payoneer
- Once you connect your payoneer account, payment is sent to your PAYONEER.
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct payoneer account. 30mins.com is not responsible if you provide an incorrect payoneer account information
- UPI
- Once you provide your UPI, payment is sent to your Bank/UPI.
- It is your responsibility to provide the correct UPI Number. 30mins.com is not responsible if you provide an incorrect UPI account information
- Once you provide your UPI, payment is sent to your Bank/UPI.
Once you have Escrow Payments enabled, you can select this as an option for your service (at time of creation or editing it later).
