For creating a Round Robin service need to click on “Organization” option on sidebar menu then click on the “Edit button” of the “Organization”
After that page will be redirected to details section of organization now user needs to click on the “Round Robin” tab
After clicking on “Round Robin” tab there will be button name “New Team” which user need to click so that they can add round robin members into the organization
Need to click on “+” icon
Now after clicking on “+” icon member will get added
Now click on save button to save the added members.
Now after saving that go back and click on “Create New Service” and user will be redirected to the creating new round robin page
Here we can see that the details are filled into the round robin and now we can click on save button
Here we can see after saving on Round robin tab we can see the saved service so finally we have completed the round robin service
