To add an organization, you should go to Organizations in the side bar.
You can join any pre-existing organization by clicking on “Join Another Organization”. To create your organization, you will need to buy the Extension.
You can buy the organization extension month to month basis OR annual. Once you have purchased the organization extension, you can create it unlimitedly.
Each organization has its own public URL and you can add logo, description etc. to it. You can add other users to your organization (or they can request to join).
Another benefit of organization extension is that you can schedule round robin meetings. A round robin meeting is where you can create a service and assign multiple people to it. When a booker tries to book, the system looks for availability of all assigned people and it will show calendar slots that are available for anyone. This way you can serve your customers/bookers better. How to set up round robin meetings is explained in another blog.
