Zeeshan Mir CRPC Senior Vice President Wealth Management Advisor Senior Portfolio Manager I am celebrating my 30th year in wealth management and relationships with clients that span generations and the nation's geography. Since joining Merrill in 2002, I have engaged with an ambitious clientele of business owners (and their retirement plans), medical and legal professionals, corporate executives and others with growing wealth and expectations. When focusing on the specialized needs of business owners, I assist through all stages of the business cycle from start-up to maturity. My strategies can address cash management, short and long term financing, and succession planning. Most often, however, I help business owners defer income for themselves and their employees by introducing and delivering a defined benefit or defined contribution plan that can best address their needs. I currently hold the designation of Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) awarded by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC) designation through the College for Financial Planning. I also hold the Retirement Benefits Consultant (RBC) title. This allows me to provide defined contribution and benefit plans access to the broad resources of the firm to focus on plan goals and provide organizations with ERISA 3(21)(A)(ii) Fiduciary Advisory Services. As a Senior Portfolio Manager I can help clients pursue their objectives by managing on a discretionary basis my own Personalized or Defined Strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. Being named to Forbes' "Best-In-State Wealth Advisors" list for 2020* was an honor this year. I reside in Branchburg, New Jersey with my wife, Agie, and our two young sons. In addition to family and friend time, I enjoy travel, biking, exploring, golf and tournament chess.
