Timothy L. Prete is a founding member of The Aegis Group at Morgan Stanley which focuses on multi-generational family, non-profit and wealth management consultative services nationally and internationally. Prior to The Aegis Group, he served as Partner and Managing Director of Wachovia Banks Wealth Management Division. He served as chairman of the Banks National Medical Practice Specialty Group for 12 years and received national recognition for his work in pioneering service and underwriting protocols. He has consulted numerous businesses throughout his career with all aspects of operations, marketing and strategic planning. Tim received his BA cum laude in Economics from the University of Rhode Island and was elected to Omicron Delta Epsilon, The International Honor Society for Economics. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and maintains numerous financial credentials. Tim is a current board member of Trinity Health New England based in Hartford, Connecticut and was past president and current board member of The Hundred Club of Connecticut. He is a former professional athlete in two sports, is a highly regarded and sought after public speaker and is currently involved with multiple fundraising and charitable events. He has held board positions with several organizations in the past and continues to volunteer in support of his community. Tim resides in Avon, CT with his wife Denise and their children Blake, Jack and Bailey. He enjoys spending time with his family and coaching and participating with his children in their many activities.
