Agile transformation in an international corporation - Worked with the Agile Center of Expertise to introduce Agile methodologies to a large insurance company. Worked on the Agile Maturity Model and assessment tools, as well as, created custom learning paths for Scrum Masters and Product Owners.

Scaling start-up operations - Created and implemented solutions to expand functional capacity and daily bandwidth in a rapidly growing startup. Helped introduce a new org structure and set-up a CRM and HRIS systems, as well as provided training in product management.

Setting up governance, privacy, and security in EHR data - Worked with world-class experts in data accessibility, governance, and security to organize a series of webinars to discuss the nuances of working with health records, medical data, sensitive information, and how organizations can protect themselves against data breaches.
Client: Logibec. Data lake for EHR.
Designing the store of the future - Worked with a cross-functional team to launch a living lab in a retail space. The space was designed to maximize the use of sensors to collect consumer data with the goal of training novel AI algorithms to enhance the shopping experience and maximize profits.

Digitizing and optimizing processes - Worked with an entrepreneur and her team to digitize her processes for securing new speaking engagements, monetize appearances, and maximize social media outreach.

Up-skilling data scientists - Created original programming to address bottlenecks in software development. Worked together with technical coaches and subject matter experts to build interactive competency-based and project-based learning experiences. Launched a fully-digital reporting structure.
