Saravanan is a qualified Chartered Accountant of Singapore (ISCA) After graduating from Nanyang Business School he spent 4 successful years at Ernst and Young where he gained a great experience in the Assurance and Transactions Advisory Service working with various corporate and private equity firms. He was also the 2018 winner of Ernst and Young Building a Better Working World Award. His Passion for financial literacy and working with individuals resulted in moving to St Jamess Place Wealth Management Asia. As a consultant at St Jamess Place, Saravanan aims to educated successful professionals, inspiring entrepreneurs and leading families on long-term perspective on investing, structuring and safeguarding assets and assisting to preserve and grow clients wealth. Saravanan also provides accounting and corporate secretarial services to start ups and sme's via Chartswood Associates which is a leading accounting enterprise focused at helping entrepreneurs and start ups navigate the complexity of the regulatory landscape in Singapore. Outside of work Saravanan has been actively involved in community work for a long time. Part of his portfolio encompasses volunteering as an Assistant Treasurer at the Singapore Indian Education Trust where he provides pro bono accounting services to the trust. He also serves on the Hindu Endowment Board, where he volunteers as a Temple Coordinator for the Project Bhakti programme a community outreach programme for youths by youths. Saravanan is the youngest member selected to sit on the Hindu Studies Committee to navigate the direction of Project Bhakti. Looking to connect with like minded individuals to design and establish sustainable community involvement projects.
