We merged our skills and various experiences in Customer Service, Technical Support, Virtual Assistant Tasks, Business Management and created this company.
Our experiences include (but not limited to): Csr both inbound and outbound services, Technical support, billing, up-selling, virtual assistants tasks like blogging, Youtube SEO, keyword research, data entry, Social Media Management/Marketing, video edit, also chat support, email management and among others.
Our current focus however is more of back-office support like chat support and the like but we are open for other tasks.
