As the Director for Talent Acquisition for Diversify, it is my overall responsibility to lead and direct the talent acquisition team, along with talent delivery activities and programs to support the achievement of organisational goals and talent strategies. I lead the development of strategic priorities for talent acquisition while ensuring integration and alignment between all stakeholders. I also provide counsel to stakeholders in regards to key stakeholders in terms of staffing needs.
