I am an experienced senior Credit Risk Manager within personal customer finance. Having spent six years as a credit risk analyst I have a very good grounding in risk management fundamentals and in data analysis using SAS/SQL and Excel. I have spent my time since then as a manager of up to six analysts leading on lending strategy optimisation and enhancing risk management. I have also spent time working on Model Risk Management and had involvement in the incorporation of IFRS9. I have a proven ability to lead large projects from inception to deployment using excellent project and stakeholder management skills. I have experience of developing entire programmes of work being made of several projects. I am a strong team player with a focus on helping and developing others. I am an excellent communicator with a well humoured and responsible attitude.
