Richard was the Area Director of Young Life, in Fort Worth, for 14 years. He finished his career with Young Life as the National Director of New Zealand. During his time at Young Life, Richard was the keynote speaker on the local, regional, national and international levels and served on numerous oversight committees. Upon returning to the United States, Richard began his career in commerical insurance and became Vice President of WM. Rigg Co. (now HUB International). Richard spent the last 5 years working with Leadership Network and Halftime designing and facilitating their marque collaborative sessions that helped men and women transition from Success to Significance. Prior to Young Life, Richard graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He currently holds his Series 7 and 66 Investment Registrations. He also has his Group I Life and Health Insurance License. Outside of the office Richard loves spending time with his wife and daughter. He also enjoys golf, running, reading and fly fishing.
