I got my Arizona Real Estate License in 1978. After graduating from the University of Arizona, I entered the Real Estate Arena. The 80's & 90's were noteworthy years for those of us who participated in all that transpired.
I helped found and grow two successful RE companies; both continue to thrive in the Tucson, Phoenix and California Real Estate markets today. Those investments led to a broader focus, bringing me to Phoenix full-time in 1993.
Vicki Etherton and I opened the doors to the first Full Service Commercial Real Estate Office for the Title Security Agency of AZ in Maricopa county at the Esplanade in 2005. By then, I had additional first hand experience with both residential and commercial brokerage, development, investment, real estate partnerships and title & escrow operations.
Our sustained efforts over the past 15 years has culminated in the exceptional Landmark Title Assurance Agency existing today.
