Ralph is the founding and managing partner of the Linzmeier Group at Morgan Stanley. With the firm since 1982, Ralph is a long standing member of Morgan Stanleys elite Presidents Club (most recently 2016). A large part of Ralph's practice is based around Philanthropy. In 2014, Ralph was named Philanthropist Fundraiser of the Year at the National Philanthropy Day Ceremonies. His goal is to help charities become as successful as possible. Ralph and his wife were awarded the Pope St. John Paul II for Diligence in 2014. Ralph serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is the founder and chairman of the Man of Character Award, which annually honors Orange County men who contribute significantly to the community and has raised millions of dollars to benefit Scouting. Ralph is also one of three co-founders of Serra Catholic School in Rancho Santa Margarita. Serra has earned a Blue Ribbon designation ranking it as one of the nations top schools. A graduate of the Air Force Academy with a BS Degree in Engineering, Ralph went on to earn his MBA in finance from Abilene Christian University. He holds Series 3,7,63 and 65 securities licenses as well as a Life and Health Insurance license. Ralph and his wife have four children and call Orange County home.
