Phong graduated from UCLA with a major in Economics and a minor in Philosophy in 2004. He started his career at ING Direct as a sales associate and eventually moved on to Ameriprise Financial Advisors as a financial planning associate and obtained his series 7 and 66 in 2005. Phong then joined Comerica Securities in 2007 and eventually found a home at Morgan Stanley in 2010. When Phong is not looking for new investment opportunities, researching stocks and following the economic trends, he enjoys tennis, Jiu-Jitsu, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two girls in Glendora, California. Phong believes that every financial decision should be rooted in the bigger picture, the long-term goals of each individual. He is true believer that financial planning is the cornerstone to financial freedom and success.
