My passion is to take a room full of strangers, pass on my knowledge and experience to them, and then transform them into successes. For the best of the best of those I lead, my goal for them is even higher: to groom the most successful agents into leaders. Fulfillment for me comes from the teaching and then seeing those I instruct succeed in their own right.
