Paulo is currently a creative director for Propel Manila. He's the creative team lead for brands such as Uniqlo, Chowking, and Betadine.

His advertising work recognitions include Grey Global Creative Council, Ad Stars, Kidlat Awards, D&AD Adobo Design Awards, Campaign Brief Asia THE WORK, Boomerang Awards, CMMA, and Global Effie Awards. Ranked 39th Creative Director, Adobo Creative Rankings 2019.
He is also the co-founder of _ReVision Collective. A group of advertising creatives, where they can express their own interpretations creations via an art exhibit. The first exhibit was held on July 2017 at the Nova Gallery Manila.
Hes been featured in international and local blogs such as DesignTAXI, ShortLIST Magazine, Flavorwire, Doodlers Anonymous, Creative Manila, Summit Media, Esquire, etc. With his knowledge and experience, he also conducted talks for the advertising students of St. Scholasticas College, Lyceum of the Philippines, and Letran College Manila.
As a visual artist, he participates in various solo and group art exhibits local (Vinyl on Vinyl, Secret Fresh Gallery, Nova Gallery) and abroad (Thumbprint Gallery San Diego CA, Kult Studio SG, The Projector SG) and his illustrations were published in magazines, shirts, and books.
