Provided relocation & acquisition services to a variety of government agencies, two long-term contracts with McCarran International Airport & Reno-Tahoe International Airport, while also providing general right-of-way services to the City of Las Vegas, City of Sparks, City of Tahoe, Nevada Energy, City of Glendale & Glendale Airport, NDOT, ADOT, Maricopa County, the Flood Control District of Maricopa County, as well as short-term contracts with various other agencies. Prepared cost estimates for clients, bid projects as a "Team", including the various disciplines required for each project, such as: title/escrow, environmental, appraisal/review appraisal, specialty appraisal - personal property/fixtures & equipment, negotiations, relocation assistance, federal compliance and in accordance with the Uniform Act. Also have worked for Maricopa County as a Senior Right-of-Way Agent and currently providing land services for the City of Tempe as their ROW Management Coordinator.
