I believe relationship building is an essential part of being human. Thats why I strive to see people and situations holistically and humanly no matter where I am or what I am doing. I intentionally posture myself to listen always, ask questions rather than make assumptions, and be brave in the midst of challenge. I am currently a Higher Education Coursework Consultant at Pearson, the world's learning company, where I advise our clients on how to equip learners with the skills they need to flourish. The first chapter of my career took place in higher education as a resident director and then the Assistant Director of a large online university where I trained 72 advisors for leadership roles within the organization. After that, my family and I started a second chapter as we moved to South Korea where I taught English at an international school and pastored a local church. My time and relationships in South Korea solidified and developed my global mindset and values. The most recently closed chapter was returning to higher education as a career coach who equipped students to benefit society worldwide. As I said at the beginning, I believe in the power of relationship building and would love to start a conversation with you.
