I've been in the BPO industry for more than eight years and worked in various support roles whether it's Technical, Customer Service, Billing or Retention. On 2017, I was hired as an Account Specialist for a Web Design company and immediately knew this is a career I want to pursue. As an Account Specialist, I collaborate with business owners to increase their online presence by creating a working website with content that matters. Currently, I'm a Project Manager and expanded my knowledge outside of Web Development. I also handle projects related to Social Media, SEO optimization and E-commerce platforms.
