[Experience Summary]
I had been employed in NEC Telecom Software Philippines, Inc. for more than fourteen (14) years. In my years of service in NEC, I have extensive experiences in the following roles:
* Project Manager
* Project Leader
* Technical Leader / Reviewer
* Developer
* In-house Training Facilitator
Additionally, I had a 2-year experience as a Software Bridge Engineer when I was sent on intra-transfer to NEC Communications Systems, Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan.
I am also actively involved in the companys technical skill upgrade initiatives of the software engineers, especially in crafting and facilitating Java training programs, Philippine National IT Standards (PhilNITS) exam reviews and other various technical researches.
In 2011, I was invited as a resource speaker for the FREE Teachers Training Program of the PhilNITS Foundation. I was involved from planning up to conducting the seminar-workshop on Database Management Systems topic.
In 2003, while working as a Software Design Engineer for NEC, I was a part-time college instructor in the College of Computer Studies of Cebu Institute of Technology (now CIT-University). I taught Java programming to graduating students for two (2) semesters.
