Neil is a 20 year industry veteran and has been with Morgan Stanley (and its predecessor firms) since 2005. His practice is dedicated to helping his clients reach their financial goals through comprehensive financial planning and diligent asset and liability management. Prior to joining Smith Barney (which later became Morgan Stanley), Neil worked for Merrill Lynch's Silicon Valley and midtown New York City offices from 1999-2005. Neil is a partner of The Cardinal Group at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he and his team oversee over $300 million in client assets as of July 1, 2019. Neil serves as The Cardinal Group's lead Financial Planner, and holds both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and the Chartered Advisory in Philanthropy (CAP) designation. Neil also works closely with Cardinal Group clients who have significant holdings in private or public company stock acquired through equity compensation. Neil is a graduate of Stanford University, with a undergraduate degree in International Relations and a Masters Degree in International Policy Studies. He remains active in the Stanford community by way of holding various volunteer positions in alumni organizations and on alumni boards, and through his regular attendance at Stanford football games.
