Narayan Prabhu is the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer at Reviva Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: RVPH). Narayan brings over 20 years of finance leadership and experience in biotechnology, life sciences and information technology at both Fortune 500 companies and early-stage ventures. Prior to Reviva he was the Chief Financial Officer at Sony Biotechnology (iCyt Bio acquisition) a life sciences company focused on flow cytometry and spectral imaging for advanced biomedical and immunotherapy research. He led the expansion of Sony Biotechnology globally entering into joint collaboration agreements with major pharmaceutical companies and commercializing several products, reagents and technologies. Mr. Prabhu also served as an M&A Controller at Cisco where he led the finance acquisition and integration of more than a dozen companies including multi-billion-dollar acquisitions in Network Security and Software. Narayan is active at UCSF Medical School and the Berkeley Skydeck Fund working with early-stage life sciences, therapeutics and software ventures in partnership with UCSF and Berkeley researchers. Mr. Prabhu is a Veteran and served two tours of duty as a Captain and Company Commander in the U.S. Army. Narayan is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University at Bloomington Kelley School of Business and an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business.
