Exposure to UK CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Sector
o Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as Intermediaries, customers, solicitors and surveyors.
o Preparation of CRE credit proposal which includes assessment, appraisal and recommendation on the credit quality of proposed transactions.
o Monitor existing portfolio of CRE transactions including periodic reporting of risk profiles, trends, and concentrations.
o CRE deal size handled between GBP 1 MN to GBP 50 MN with a mixture of Bilateral, Consortium/Syndication under Acquisition Finance, Refinance, and Commercial Investment Mortgage etc.
Wholesale and Corporate Credit Average Business Size (GBP 1 MN GBP 100 MN)
o Responsible for financial/credit analysis and transaction support for Corporate Finance transactions (including Syndicated loans, project finance and structured finance).
o Review of due diligence and involvement in due diligence sessions including asset site visits
