I joined Merrill in 2008 to provide the research and resources that allow me to optimize their wealth in lasting ways. WHO DO I SERVE? Successful owners of family businesses and franchises, corporate executives, real estate developers, physicians, dentists, attorneys, retired couples and widows in Ohio and nationwide. Looking forward with clients, I help them prepare for likely and unlikely circumstances. WHAT CHARACTERIZES MY APPROACH? I want to understand in detail, where a client stands and where they want to go. What keeps them up at night? What gets them up in the morning? What do they envision ten or 30 years from now, for themselves and loved ones? From those answers, I craft personalized strategies that drive their next steps and mine. Working collaboratively with clients. I offer input without dictating by respecting their decisions. Doing the legwork for clients evaluating an investment opportunity or succession plan, reviewing trust and life insurance documents, or researching long-term-care options, for example. Building estate planning strategies for clients, often by coordinating with their CPAs and attorneys, and with specialists from Bank of America Private Bank. Providing access to Bank of America for equipment financing and other borrowing needs especially, on behalf of business owners and physicians. WHAT MAKES ME PROUD? I hold the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation from the College for Financial Planning. My wife, Beth, and our two awesome sons.
