Michelle is a licensed environmental planner and an experienced grants and bid development manager.
She graduated with a degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines and took Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning from the same University.
Her professional experience ranges from providing technical assistance to local government units to doing policy research for United Nations and national government agencies to developing bids and managing grants for international NGOs.
She is currently one of the board of directors of a town planning consultancy firm called Gurin Urban Design and Concepts.
