Mike Sirgo is a Merrill Senior Financial Advisor and Senior Portfolio Advisor who has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. As of January 2021, Mike's team advises over $140 million of entrusted assets and focuses on developing tailored strategies for retirement, lifelong income streams and multigenerational legacies. As Mike supports each client, he works closely with them to understand what prosperity means to them and the specific paths that can lead to the futures they imagine. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2012, Mike was a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley for 19 years and served as Branch Manager supervising, coaching and training 15 financial advisors while overseeing branch operations from 2002-2012. This opportunity enabled him to refine his own advisory approach and deepen how he supports clients through goals-based wealth management. Today, Mike works to combines the vast resources of Merrill and Bank of America with personal relationships to serve as a lifelong financial resource each client can rely on. Long-time residents since 1983, Mike and his wife, Bernadette, live on Hilton Head Island where they have raised their three children, daughter, Paulina and sons, Luke and Liam. Mike has been an active member of St. Francis Catholic Church since 1986 and he supports several local charities, including Hospice Care of the Lowcountry, American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society. When Mike is not watching or coaching his youngest son's sport activities, he enjoys all athletic activities including cycling, stand-up paddleboarding and yoga.
