Enterprise Risk Management Head

- Responsible for the leadership, innovation, governance, and management necessary to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor the company's operational and strategic risk.
- Drives refresh/roll-out of identification and mitigation of strategic risks at the enterprise level in line with the budget/planning cycle
- Pioneers the roll-out of the Operational Risk Management framework for key process areas across the various business units.
- Establishes the Enterprise Risk Management architecture for the company.
- Monitors and analyzes risks within the company's business units and reports on these risks to Management and the Board.
- Partners with Business Heads to ensure alignment of Risk Management approach with organizational objectives and budgets.
- Provides risk consulting services to Project/Program risk managers tasked to oversee implementation of critical business imperatives.
- Assists Risk Owners and Risk Designates in identifying and monitoring early warning indicators that risks will/already materializing.
