Mercy has more than eleven (11) years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and is currently a Busines Central and LS Central Consultant that focuses on an Elicit Retail, Hospitlaity and POS experience program which includes analyzing traditional, structured data in conjunction with improving customer experience at specific touch points, understand what customers want, expectation of functional requirements and make better decisions faster. She had an experienced also with SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant by profession previously started working since September 2011 up to 2014, has overall responsible tasks within the supply chain; including consumption-based planning, purchasing, vendor evaluation and invoice verification. Fully handled with the following: Procurement process, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Invoicing, Valuation and Account Assignment, Material Requirement Planning, External Services Management and Material Management Reports. She handled process reviews and blueprint documentation, initial and final configuration of the system based on client requirements, Integration of the MM module with the other SAP modules, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training of users and Post Go-Live support. Other activities include preparation of functional specs for various reports and programs, Master Data management, and handling research to maintain best practice recommendation to other consultants and clients alike. Ensures the delivery of scope and timelines are met.
