I started as Tax Analyst for expatriates where I processed tax settlements and reconciliations for different countries like South Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Singapore. Then I became an Account Manager for contractor management where I processed payroll, invoices, human resource concerns, and client engagement.
I began my project management experience in 2016 as Project Support Specialist. From here I assumed roles in workflow tracking, testing, analyzing, and client engaging. Sample projects and client engagements that I handled are commission tracking and handling, payroll software development, mortgage application, and website development.
Aside from operations and project management experiences, I also handled different teams throughout my experience. Tasks accompanied with this role are leave approval, performance assessment, training monitoring, task monitoring, and team collaboration.
