I am a teacher at heart. But it's not teaching that I've been doing most of my life. It's learning. I have changed a lot. And it's thanks to learning that I am who I am today.
 
 I have done many things. I was a teacher (there were times when I taught 42 classes a week!) and I worked for domain names and cloud businesses. All my experiences were unique and allowed me to learn a lot from the challenges, successes, and mostly the people I have worked with.
 
 Now I am in the field of learning again. At IATA Training I am part of the Quality & Design team. Our objective is to make our courses meet the needs of the market and lead the restart of the aviation industry. I am responsible for the standards related to assessment and evaluation, projects related to the performance of our examinations, and the management of our question pool (over 26K).
 
 I believe in a learning experience, one that keeps going even when a class or a course is over. And by learning experience, I mean starting with expectations and needs and ending with adopting new skills. So much that you want to teach them to others.
