Mark has more than 25 years of practical experience in HR and Organisation Development (HR/OD), wherein more than 10 years were in key leadership positions. Previously, he served as the Deputy Director of the Philippines Australia Human Resource and Organisational Development Facility (PAHRODF), an Australian Aid initiative, wherein his portfolio included providing advice and managing HR/ OD interventions to selected national government agencies and Local Government Units. He has facilitated institutional partnerships between the Australian and Philippine academic institutions to offer innovative and blended mode approach in piloting delivery of short term training and post graduate qualifications. He has managed the Australia Awards Scholarships program in the Philippines for more than 10 years, and the In-Country Scholarship Program (ICSP) under the auspices of the Australian Embassy in Manila. Mark has significant experience in HRD through his diverse work with public and private sector organisations. He has worked with the Philippine's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Assistant Director of the Human Resource and Administration Department . He has also served as a Senior Project Officer of the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) which mandate is to assist the countrys development efforts as a change catalysts and capacity builder. He has spent 7 years in the academe both in secondary and higher education levels. Mark holds a Masters qualification in education from De La Salle University, and a Diploma in Organization Development from De La Salle- College of Saint Benilde. He finished his Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Service at the Lyceum of the Philippines University. Mark is a certified MBTI Facilitator (Levels 1 and 2).
