I have been part of the BPO industry now for more than 10 years and have gained a lot of experience ranging from Back Office to IT-related roles. Most of the campaigns, I have supported mostly focus on the field of Customer Support and Technical Support which have provided me an extensive understanding and expertise towards these lines of businesses and their Training as well as Operations process needs. 
 
 I have been able to wear different types of hats ranging from being a Quality Assurance to Training and Development. Support Management to Local IT support roles that have allowed me to grow in the said areas and expand my expertise in different fields. 
 
 I have also started transitioning to Project Management and Business analyst roles further increasing my repertoire thus allowing me to function in any given role autonomously.
