Program management, workshop management, public relations, member engagement, promotion, event coordination, volunteer recruitment and retention. Most recent accomplishment includes the creation of a robust tech industry mentorship program for the PTEC (Pembina Trails Early College) high school. Nine industry partners recruited, trained, and participated in a week-long mentorship work placement program in conjunction with the grade 10 cyber defense and software developer students. Other mentorship initiatives created included Speaker in the Classroom, webinars from industry experts and virtual Guest Teacher sessions that aligned with curriculum delivery.
