Marc Scher is Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, and Financial Planning Specialist at the Detterick Group at Morgan Stanley, one of the largest tier one stock plan coverage teams at the firm. For more than 13 years, he has been advising individuals, families, and businesses on how to effectively manage their portfolios to help meet their financial goals in todays challenging global environment. Marc is dedicated to helping his clients apply the best and most current equity compensation plan practices available. He is one of the primary advisors within the Detterick Groups corporate services business. In this role, he is responsible for providing customized strategies to the executives and employees within the Groups executive compensation and benefit plans business. Marc focuses on various asset allocation techniques when helping his clients construct portfolios specifically tailored to each of their needs. His responsibilities also include advising on access to lending services and fixed income investments. Marc has deep experience of the bond market, which he acquired at TD Waterhouse Securities, where he ran the municipal bond desk prior to joining the Detterick Group in 2006.
