My career at Freeman has spanned 24+ years with my most recent position of Sr. Manager - HR Operations. Previously, as an Assistant Director, Client Solutions for the North Central Sales Region, Event Sales team. I utilized all my past experience and people leadership skills to support our highly successful sales team.
Prior to my roles in the Sales realm, I was a Talent Development Manager involved in employee development and AV Exhibitor Services roles since 1997. I pride myself on my strong work ethic, integrity and performance excellence values. Through this journey, I have had the opportunity to be exposed to and learn about the many different facets of Freeman. From our various companies and departments through being provided increasing levels of job responsibilities, this knowledge earned me the title of Freeman Learnings Utility, A+ Player. Utilizing my Learning and Development skills coupled with my knowledge of our business, I provided our employees with meaningful, memorable and measurable learning opportunities that were aligned with Freemans overall business strategy.
I am a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM)/SHRM-Certified Professional and past member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD). I have earned the Langevin Learning Services Training Manager Diploma. I was a Freeman True Blue Star of Excellence Winner in 2017 with the Sales organization and again in 2008 with Learning & Development, nominee in 2014 and 2010; plus Employee of the Year - Chicago AV branch, 1998.
