I have been in the real estate industry since 1986, either working real estate full time or in the escrow/title business. For the last several years,however, I have been full time real estate working with sellers, buyers and investors.I have a lot of experience w/short sales and have been very successful getting them approved.My theory on short sales is bug them until they put a restraining order on ya. Kidding aside,I am very persistent and great at follow-up.
