My role as a Hardware Support Engineer is to ensure that I provide the best solution to all the Hardware/Firmware/BIOS related issues for the customers using our Single Board Computers. The role is challenging as we are dealing directly with the users of the SBCs &nbsp;(Single Board Computers) , though at the same time the role is satisfying too as it helps me gain practical knowledge and help me build confidence in the field of team building and support.

Kushagra has been developing Hardware products since the second year of his graduation, now having an experience of 4+ years in Hardware Development cycle and Support.&nbsp; He was certified as an Associate Developer in LabVIEW from National instruments, Texas back in 2019.
