As a native San Diegan, I have called Allied Gardens, San Carlos, La Mesa and Del Cerro home. I graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Employed by Sharp Healthcare as a Financial Analyst, I developed friendships with physician clients. Moving into mortgage financing I catapulted those relationships into a thriving business specializing in Physicians mortgage loans. The move from commercial /residential loans, to real estate sales has been seamless. Whether it be a result of inheritance, divorce, 1031 exchange, home which did not sell (expired listing) or first-time homebuyer, my focus is on delivering the absolute best customer experience to each of my clients. Fun ways of giving back have allowed me to participate in the annual Community Housing Works: City Heights Beautification Project. In addition, I have co-taught first-time home buyer classes, helping first time home buyers earn their credit toward down payment assistant programs.
