I have a particular passion for building relationships in a way that makes a true connection and regardless of position or title. Listening and learning about their needs and their pain points so that I can tailor solutions.
Additionally, I'm committed to increasing my knowledge about particular situations by assessing the history that led them to the concern as well as determining their 3-5 year goals. Engaging with the people involved to understand their feedback is essential to this process.
