Jon has over decade of experience with IT support and Systems Administration. Most of his IT tasks involve design, implementation and trouble shooting of both wired and wireless networks. This also includes assembly, installation and maintenance of Servers and Workstations. Installation and maintenance of Biometric systems and proximity card readers and access control, Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems. He also has experience with firewall Setup, implementation and configuration. He also handles VOIP both thru PBX and Standalone VOIP boxes and phones. He is currently managing the companies Physical and Virtual servers in VMware, Active Directory, Exchange server, File servers and firewall servers.
