Jon started his career in software development. Quickly he moved from a developer to executive management. He was CIO and Vice President of Product Development for three enterprise software companies from 1990 to 2007, where he was responsible for more than 25 software applications sold throughout the world to private and government organizations. He also headed up software development management for an internet online video startup. That was nearly the first 20 years of his career.
From there he moved into the Entertainment industry. Jon has produced five features and 22 episodes of television, all of which have gone on to be successful for the investors. He has successfully delivered titles to Anchor Bay, LionsGate, 20th Century Fox, and more. Jon has also been contract to "save" films for buyers through extensive oversight of post production and marketing.
Jon Bonnell has worked in film and television distribution since 2008 and has been responsible for the distribution of thousands of hours of feature films and episodes of television, including such films as Henry's Crime (Keanu Reevers and James Caan), See You In September (Whoopee Goldberg, Estella Warren), Mayor Cupcake (Judd Nelson and Lea Thompson) and Leading Lady (Katie McGrath).
