He led the National Recovery Group for auto and student loans. Joes core areas of competency include: compliance, risk management, lending, customer service, employee development, collections and service provider capacity. After starting his financial services career as a debt collector, Joe rose quickly through the ranks to hold the title of General Manager at two different collection agencies.
