After an unfortunate injury halted a semi-professional football career, Joe Hankins career path shifted toward the collections industry. Joe brings over twenty years of expertise in collections, financial services and business management acumen. Joe held the role of Performance Improvement Analyst and Manager for one of the worlds largest financial institutions as well as Advisor with Transunion. He led the National Recovery Group for auto and student loans. Joes core areas of competency include: compliance, risk management, lending, customer service, employee development, collections and service provider capacity. After starting his financial services career as a debt collector, Joe rose quickly through the ranks to hold the title of General Manager at two different collection agencies. Over the course of his career, Joe has demonstrated a strong ability to establish successful programs, direct efficient operations and improve the health of organizations both large and small.
