A highly respected and successful band director, trumpet player and professional trainer for Van Daele & Associates. Member of the Fort Wayne Community Schools Music Enhancement Committee. Lead Director of the Instrument Explorer Summer Camp since its onset, for F.W.C.S., which is the largest school district in Indiana. Helped developed with local leaders and continue to be a leader in the B-instrumental program for Fort Wayne Community Schools. Jeff is very passionate about selling, helping and educating students and adults as to why they should and how to improve. He enjoys being a part of a caring, reliable and supportive company/organization that is growing, highly respected and rewarding to him in many ways! He is very good at teaching, strategic planning, problem solving, financial planning, project planning, coaching and leadership development. I took Lakeside Middle School, which was the smallest title one school in FWCS in 2001, with just 18 students in 7&8th grade band. I have now build it into the second largest M.S. band program in FWCS. We now have over 1/3 of the inter-city middle school student body in band, with over 70 students in my advance band alone! There is no school in Allen county that has a higher percentage of students in Band! In fact, we just added a second director 2 years ago and now have over half of the school (600 students) in band, strings and choir. Currently, we will be starting a $650,000+ construction remodel project this spring, to triple the music Dept. building size. We will be receiving a new music suite with three very large rehearsal rooms, a music wing hallway with instrument lockers, large practice ensemble rooms, 8 smaller practice rooms with all new increased storage and quality sound treatments.
