Started in banking in August 2001 after leaving the US Navy. My goal is to understand the needs of my client and be able to anticipate ways to support them. To do this I spend my time understanding my clients business and how their industry functions. I am always looking for new business relationships that could benefit from my years of experience and hands on approach to developing a business plan that will support their business with minimal cost allowing them to concentrate on growing their revenues and maintaining a positive cash flow model I posses strong Managerial skills which I have utilized in the financial field for the past 20 years. Prior to Banking I managed an Aviation Support Equipment Office in the United States Navy. I pride myself on my ability to coach a team to success while boosting moral. I thrive on the success of those around me. Developing a relationship with Clients, and coworkers has been the key to my success.
