Overview:
Experienced customer service representative since 2012, organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and diligent. My years of experience prove my strong background in customer service and for being trained to adapt to a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and reliability to avoid errors/mistakes in handling customer accounts especially when it comes to billing.
