Janet has been in the investment industry for more than thirty years, and became a full time Financial Advisor in the late 1980s; earning the Certified Financial Planner certification in 2005. Her practice primarily focuses on Comprehensive Wealth Management and Retirement Income Planning. In addition, she has acquired licenses for long term care, life insurance, commodities and Series 65 as a Registered Investment Advisor; and consults with clients in 32 states. Janet is a member of the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers, the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, the National Association of Christian Financial Consultants, and the Pennsylvania Notary Association. Janet volunteers with the SPHS Care Center, whose focus includes working with abused children, and with the St. Louise de Marillac Church as a member of the Womens Guild. She also is a member of the Iris and Daylily Society and the Daffodil and Hosta Society. Janet and her husband, Andy, are proud to be life-long Pittsburghers. She is a voracious reader and enjoys practicing yoga, working in her gardens, and spending time with family, friends, and of course, her dog, Moe.
