I am an MBA educated professional with over 18 years of experience working in various Sales and Merchandising roles. My initial professional level experience was a field based sales position in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry, and I have spent the past 16 years working in the Home Improvement industry primarily in Merchandising and Sales based roles. I have been afforded increasing levels of leadership and responsibility with each new position I have been offered and accepted. I have always driven results from a business leadership and people leadership perspective. Some of my notable achievements are being nominated for the Merchandising Director of the Year (highest honor within Lowe's Merchandising organization) award on two separate occasions, winning the award for results driven in 2013. In addition, I achieved best in class people leadership scores according to Lowe's Employee Opinion Survey, driving and 88% team engagement score and 88% Leadership Behavior Index score for 2018.
