Putting Others Needs Before Your Own My parents taught me early on the importance of putting others needs before your own. Throughout my upbringing, this principle was at the forefront of my development and mindset as I approached every challenge asking if I was indeed accomplishing this goal. While I definitely had my fair share of successes and failures accomplishing this goal early on, over time it has become ingrained in my approach and character. This is one of the main reasons that I have chosen to become a Financial Planner to put my knowledge and character to work for others. My Idol My Dad is my idol. At every turn in life, my Dad has been my coach and confidant. I have so much respect for my Dad as a person, but also as a professional. My Dad has put his foundational values to work for his clients for 36 years and built a business based on his values. He continues to put others needs before his own every day, and he has helped so many people, families and businesses to achieve their personal and financial goals along the way. Throughout our conversations over the years, he has expressed how important it is for him to find someone to pass the torch to for the benefit of his clients. It is now clear to me that this is my calling to continue his mission and step into his large shoes to make sure his clients continue to find success for the next 30+ years. Homecoming This has been a recurring theme in Southeast Michigan lately, and it is no different for me. Seeing my friends from the area move back "home" after years living around the country is inspiring. I believe that Michigan is such a great place, and I have literally traveled around the world to come to that realization. Now married with four small children, I am honored to be able to provide them with the environment to grow and succeed in Michigan.
