Financial executive for the healthcare industry, principally in the senior housing and long-term care industry for 28 years. Started as in investment banking and have worked with several providers in various capacities working on financings and refinancings, including tax exempt bonds, HUD loans, conventional mortgages, accounts receivable financings, mergers and acquisitions for facilities and companies (with related due diligence), budgets, treasury functions, accounts payable and accounts receivable analysis, Chapter 11 proceedings, and feasibility studies. I have created financings opportunities for operators, created the documents in order to sell the securities in conjunction with third party professionals- attorneys, accountants, appraisers, feasibility consultants, construction companies, and other parties to the transaction, and placed or sold the indebtedness.
