I have worked at many jobs but the most rewarding has been in Real Estate. I took 4 rental properties and in 19 yrs built it to 150 units when I sold the management and files. I helped tenants become home owners and owners buy more properties or sell the ones they have. Real Estate is pretty rough with dealing with short sales, forclosures, REO's, and an occasional free and clear home. Its just nuts but I still love management and Real Estate.
